 These products are warranted only against defects in manufacture. Any material or workmanship issue must be addressed within 30 days of purchase from S3. Sellers' and manufacturers' only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proven by S3 to be defective. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use, and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. It will be the buyer's responsibility to determine whether these products will adequately protect the wearer in the environment in which they are to be used.
